Blue Arch Homecare is a domiciliary care agency based in the heart of Leicester. Blue Arch Homecare has also been CQC registered which states that we have the ability to provide personal care and to look after those who require our support.
We plan to provide services to those who are in need in and around the surrounding areas of Leicester and Leicestershire. The director (Mohammed Rehman Ramzan) has also been accepted by the CQC to be the registered manager for Blue Arch Homecare.
Blue Arch Homecare will provide a professional care service and as a care provider, we will look to improve in any areas where the local authorities of Leicester and Leicestershire believe requires more attention, whilst also aspiring to progress the overall standards of care. The principal aims of Blue Arch Homecare are to offer a person- centered approach service to all service users which will not only meets their needs but also enhance their overall care package. We will also make sure that the service users culture, religious beliefs and other personal attributes are respected by all staff members.
